Information you submit — including your name, contact details, property address, and details of the issue — will be used by Toolbox Property Management Ltd to assess, prioritise, and resolve your report. By submitting a report you consent to this information being shared with contractors or third parties where necessary to resolve the reported issue.

Response Times

We aim to acknowledge all reports promptly. Response and repair times will vary depending on the nature and severity of the issue. Submission of a report does not guarantee a specific response time or outcome.
